Hi The right hand side of the screen comes up when you select a customer from the scroll down menu. A customer has to be selected before the contact infomation comes up along with the Notes to the right.  Please see screen shot below. Many Thanks.

Hi jvandelicht, The administrator will have to go to Customize > Users and edit your user. What they will be looking for is Step 7 in the Edit User wizard: He'll need to enable Screens in the second section, and of course any other areas in those two tabs he wants to give you access to.
