All, I've been poking around the forums to find some new news on this topic. Has anything happened recently on MSP end or the Method end to give the user more control over the backup and restore process of the Method file?

Hi kenlyle, Sorry for the delayed response, I was under the weather yesterday -- but you are right! Unfortunately, because Phone, AltPhone etc. are all seperate fields, you would have to create a separate field for each of those as you mentioned. Naeem

Isnt there an easier way to do this. In quickbooks its as easy as a click of a button. I just dont want my employees to have access to quickbooks and I dont have access to it when im out in the field.
