    Hi Mike,  I believe in Quickbooks you need Advanced Inventory to track batch numbers, and if I'm not mistaken I don't think Quickbooks supports expiry dates at all.     Hi Heather Method only syncs your transactions relative to your sync settings.  (i.e.  Maintain for the past 31 days) The syncs settings can be found at Role:Admin   Tab:QuickBooks>Synchronize Hope this helps
