Hey Mahlon,
As per the API Docs:

You cannot directly update the status to HasBeenBilled. To set the status to HasBeenBilled, create an invoice and attach the timeActivity object as a linkedTxn.

Hi Alex,
Good news! We deployed an update yesterday that corrected this issue. When a CreditMemoLine or VendorCreditLineItem record initially posts to QB, the RecordID is no longer being changed by the sync. This results in the custom field data being retained instead of lost.
Test this out and post back to let me know if you believe this to be ...

I inadvertently hit the Reset button, presuming I would get a chance to change the computer name if I wished. A few more unit tests and perhaps some minor refactoring on the sync engine code should do it. I'm just glad the issue will be addressed and no other Method customers will have to spend a day spinning their wheels ...

So I updated without the spaces at the end of the sales reps and I'm waiting for the sync.
Incidentally, in Resolve Confilcts, I get this message for a single record at the update time: "QuickBooks returned an error when adding/modifying a accEntity record. The error was: There was an error when composing an address in "". ...
