    Hi Antonio, I was able to recreate this error by selecting a template that wasn&#39;t related to a purchase order (eg. an invoice or estimate template). &nbsp;Is it possible you selected a template that isn&#39;t for purchase orders? - Adam

  • Disable certain roles from seeing customer or vendor balances?

    I&#39;m just getting started so forgive me if&nbsp;this is a no-brainer. On the gmail gadget,,&nbsp;We will have a few staff members that need to see customer balances, but not vendor balances. And vice versa.&nbsp; Is there a way to assign what they can and can&#39;t view to roles?

    Each Method account can only ever be linked to one unique QuickBooks file.&nbsp; If you have multiple QuickBooks files, you will need multiple Method accounts.&nbsp; However you can create a multi-tenancy relationship between different Method accounts, so that you can look at the data from multiple Method accounts together, which would give you ...
