I am trying to see why a customer is in QBO and is not syncing to Method. The customer is in QBO - it has not been deleted - there are no QuickBooks sync conflicts on this customer and it is not in Method. I cannot determine what the issue is. Any help would be appreciated.

Got the following error message while trying to access Method via API. We have tried couple of times at longer and longer intervals. The last time we waited an hour before we attempted to accss. I can login into our Method account with the same credential so I know our password, etc are good.

Sorry my apologies. You'll actually have to copy the QuickBooks_Invoice screen from Customize > Screens. Then edit the copy and click edit on the Save & Email button in the Footer section.

Unfortunately, there isn't a merge field for the Customer table already in the Save & Email button for the Invoice screen. This is why your field doesn't show correctly. What you'll have to do is add in two character function actions (one for each the body and subject of the email) to replace the merge fields for ...
