Hello VLocke,
I would try a Full Synchronize. If you are already in Method, you can go to QuickBooks > Synchronize, and click on the Sync Now button right beside the label of Full Synchronization.
Also, you may want to see if the Customer has synced over, but is hidden. Go to Customize > ...

Sorry for the delayed response. To clarify: the "customer" table is literally a view of the entity table. That's why you'll never see the "customer" table (or vendor, employee, etc.) show up on the Audit Trail -- they're all just different views of the master Entity table.

In our system, we are assigning a unique FullName which is made up of characters from the LastName, the Address, FirstName, and ZipCode. So, a new lead might be assinged the FullName of SENICK14740JIM2484J. A duplicate lead (of which we acquire many) would have a FullName of SENICK14740JIM2484J(2).

There is a customer in the Method Customer/Contact List - When you "Go To" it says the customer does not exist or I do not have permission to view it. I have full permissions. Method Team,
I am trying to see why a customer is in QBO and is not syncing to Method. The customer is in QBO - it has not been deleted - there are no QuickBooks sync conflicts on this customer and it is not in Method. I cannot determine what the issue is. Any help would be appreciated.

Got the following error message while trying to access Method via API. We have tried couple of times at longer and longer intervals. The last time we waited an hour before we attempted to accss. I can login into our Method account with the same credential so I know our password, etc are good.

Sorry my apologies. You'll actually have to copy the QuickBooks_Invoice screen from Customize > Screens. Then edit the copy and click edit on the Save & Email button in the Footer section.
