Hi Alex,
If you press the 'Delete all' option - Yes, all of these records will be removed from QuickBooks also. If they are infact just being archived, I would recommend you just use the 'Clear' option - and wait for the next full sync to run. At which point they should dissapear.
Thanks Alex.

Hello,
Method does not have a table that stores the lot layers or information on lots. It looks to be a straight sync of the lot number/name. Unfortunately, you will need to know the lot number and layers from QuickBooks when entering the invoice from Method.

To Anyone following this thread,
I informed Romina by email that at this time Method Online Accounts do not have the ability to sync multi-currency with Quickbooks Online Accounts that have this feature available. We do hope to add this in the future, but it just currently it is not possible.

You are on to the answer with your sub-question #1 - the Estimate total is set to update when it syncs to QuickBooks, and as far as I know you can't call a Prepare for Accounting or Send an Email via a Method API call.
our workarounds are to calculate the Estimate Total ourselves if we need it right away (we do this ...

If you would like to have this field populate ...

Hi Mario,
This is certainly doable however, I don’t know that I would recommend it. Once you have all of this non-posted data in Method, you’ll need to be very careful when making changes to keep this data separate.
When importing your customers, I would not recommend importing them as leads. Some of these customers will already ...

Hi pdx971,
Customers and Leads are essentially the same thing, except that Leads do not sync with QuickBooks. Customers and Leads are both stored in the same table, the Customer table. There is a Yes/No field within the Customer table called IsLeadStatusOnly. This is the field that determines whether the record is a Customer or a ...

Hi beltechs,
In Method, check to see if you have any conflicts which need to be resolved. Make sure you're in the CRM or QuickBooks tab group and go to QuickBooks -> Resolve Conflicts. The list should show any sync conflicts i.e. Invoices not syncing with QuickBooks, and give a description as to why this conflict occurred. Let me know ...
