Can you check your screen and see if you're using a "Save Section" or a "Save all Sections"? "Save all Sections" should trigger the update action you're looking for.

Be default Method will show all the contacts for a customer under the contacts tab. If you're seeing 4 entries for a customer that should have 3 then there must be a 4th entry for that customer. If that 4th entry is a mistake ...

Hi Kerry,
You'd have to log into your domain as administrator and assign permissions to your user in Windows as the admin then install the plug-in. After you've confirmed the install on that user then remove the admin privillages for him and check his Outlook again. Please let me know how that works.
