Hello,
I have configured users to send email through our Office 365 SMTP email server. I added Method's IP addresses and the emails are being received.
However, the emails are not being saved/recorded under the SENT folder within Office 365/Outlook.
Has anyone figured out a way to get this to work, or is the BC: email the only option?

P.S. The Services user that I'm testing is set up in Method with its own email address as its default email. If I log in as admin and go to the Customize/Users screen, I can go into Services that this is the case. Other users use the default email (which I may need to change). However, right now I'm testing the Services user.

I am not too sure what is going on here, technically you are correct in the sense that if you choose Method to assign ref numbers, then they should be created in sequence.
