Hi Method,
I tried to add three custome fields in QuickBooks (v14 Enterprise Desktop) then synchronize with Method. I now can see those fields listed in several item line tables (PO, SO, Invoice, Credit Memo), however, I can not see them in BillLineItem and VendorCreditLineItem.

That is correct, whatever tables you allow in step 8 of setting up a user are the tables they can interact with via the API.
