Unfortunately, there isn't a merge field for the Customer table already in the Save & Email button for the Invoice screen. This is why your field doesn't show correctly. I don't believe what you're asking is possible. You might find the Create Short Method URL action useful though. This action will create a unique URL that will direct your users to a specific tab link or screen in Method. You can even specify a screen RecordID. Hope this helps!
