I want my employees to only have access to a portion of my items list. How do I "weed out" the things I don't want them to see on a sales order?

   Hi again,    We have tested this from multiple computers. Two accounts are affected. The Nicole's one and Cyndi's one. They even tried to log in from their home and it is showing the previous day date. What could be causing this?

Thanks for your reply. I'm not getting an error that you would see duplicatEd. I simply can't see the custom screen I created when I login via tthe mobile login. I outlined the steps I took to create the custom screen in my original post. It doesn't appear when I login.

Hi James, There's no reason in your case to keep around any of the contact data, so you should go ahead and delete that too. :) Cheers, Naeem

Naeem, One more question: I notice that the contacts (table) record remains (with partial data) after manual deletion.  Is there  MethodCRM specific reason I would not want to delete the contact record as well?  In this situation these are duplicate leads. Thanks again, James
