This is interesting! One problem you may run into is that you cannot automate actions. They must be triggered in Method by clicking a button, gaining/losing focus, loading a screen, etc. You could however have a button that you press daily in Method that sends an email to the selected contacts.

There is a limit of 1million cells of data being retrieved via the api. So if for example you specify the fields something like, RecordID, Name, BillAddress1, BillAddress2, and BillAddress3....that's 5 fields. 1 million/5 = 200.000 records at most being returned.

Unfortunately, this has been known for a while. The search function is not ideal. To do a search, I'd recommend using "site:methodintegration.com" in Google and then including your search terms. As far as keeping track of your own, I'd save them in an email folder so you can easily reference them.
