Hi Gary, It just looks like the subtotaling at the bottom of the grid is not displaying properly (Method doesn't actually use that value for any QuickBooks transcations. ). Thanks for reporting this we will look into it. -MIchael

Hi LaG, The Time Zone in the calendars should be based off what ever time zone is set on your computer. Also can you clarify what you mean by the calendar being off? Are the events not showing up at the correct time? -MIchael

Hi JKM@SA, Go to Customize > Tabs  Click Edit Tab Links...  for the tab that has the tab link name you wish to edit. Click on the name of the tab link (It should place a red box around it) Edit away! You will need to reload for the changes to take effect.   -MIchael

Hi Brett, Try {0:C2} as the format string. This is a specfic formatting for currency. -Michael

Hi JKSM@SA, Mark is right the only additonal thing that is worth noting is that this would only be tracked for customers added directly in Method, anyone added in QuickBooks would not have a correct value for the "Created Date" -Michael
