I can't get the mobile portal to work properly. I've taken it back to the original screens and tabs but I'm getting a 'referenceError: Can't find variable: WebForm_initCallbackAddField' message on every page. any suggestions please?

Hi, I'm having a problem with detail from the description box and items not being transferred into a work order which though previously is part of a series, on editing is no longer (becomes a work order outside of the series).
