Some additonal questions:
Is there a SalesRep field on the table the grid is based off? Is it a dropdown?
If not a dropdown, at one point in time (i.e. when the grid as created)
was there a SalesRep dropdown and was it removed?

Have you tried regenerating the table that the screen is based
off? (Look for the table click Edit
Fields... then Finished Editing Fields)
Have you tried republishing the screen? (Edit the custom screen
and click Publish)
Lastly if this screen was built of a default Method screen do you experience
the same ...

Hi Jessica,
Currently there is no way to do this using the current Method screens but you can customize Method to fit these needs. One example is using Shared Results to store information (such as an assignee) and pass that information to other activities you create.

To follow up with this, we have now tested it and are able to
duplicate the issue you are describing and a ticket has been created for this
issue (I cannot place a guarantee on when or if this will be fixed).

I'm not exactly sure what you mean but if you were to look at the lead from the customer level it would display all the activities they have scheduled.
