Hello Mike,
I have been told I was wrong. 'view' tables are ones that store information that is not for QuickBooks, but for Method. 'viewacc' tables store accounting information from QuickBooks. You can ignore my previous post.

You can create subdetail reports in Designer... So if your two reports are based on same tables, you can set up as one report. This depends greatly on what you are doing.

After adding a new field to my customers table, it doesn't show up when I try and edit a customer or add a new one. Is there something I need to do in Tables or in Screens? Thanks!

Yes they would exist in their respective tables, for example a custom field for vendors would appear under the Vendor table in Method, a custom field for the employee field would exist in the Employee table in Method, etc.
