Hi Blake,
Was this particular report very large? If you add a filter on the report to request less data does it work? I will have to do some more research to find out exactly what the error means, but it sounds like you reached a data limit. I'll post back here if I find anymore information.

There is a setting on your account called Assign Ref Numbers In Method? that can be found in your Method account under the Quickbooks>Synchronize tab link. I will explain how to regenerate the Item table again to see if this was the issue. However if this doesn't fix your issue, I would suggest contacting us with Method Support turned on for your acount, this was we can go in and double check some settings.

I do have a couple of suggestions that should help you get into the List Screen. First, I would try simply logging out of Method and back in. That would explain why I never found it. When I go to the "lists" tab within Quickbooks link, all I get is the hourglass thing. It's been 5 minutes now and nothing. Any ideas what the heck that would mean?

This shouldn't be too difficult to do, please first make sure you are in your Quickbooks Tab Group first.
