Hi Ben, I'm at a loss really, i think its the mobile tab group - i.e. when signing in using the mobile sign in, thats when I get the error message and i can't for the life of trace where it's originationg from. i've tried what you mention but to no avail.

Hi JWS, Yes you can.  You can copy the action set of the Print Preview button and slightly alter it to specifically load the template. Just simply edit the Generate Report action and select the template (the first setting Report) and remove the override settings (the next two settings).  See the screen shot: Everything else ...

David, If you are using custom email reminders, there may be something in the wording that is getting flagged.  That, or their spam filters are set high. Mike, It should sync both ways. If you test it out and find that Item Receipts do not sync from Quickbooks to Method, feel free to give our support line a call and we can investigate.  Jason

Clicked on the same link, the process stops in the DOS window failing to load the certifcate. Doesn't load.

I crated 2 different print Templates for the Sales Order page. Is there a way to create a button for each of the 2 print templates so I can print either of the 2 with out selecting the print template in the select print template button.?
