This is an upadate to my earlier post. We have just processed the entire FL list. I ran prefectly. However, now we want to start again and the list builder starts at step 2 with the empty grid from before. I have closed out of Method and re-started and it''s the same result. How do we get a new list builder?

It has come to my attention from our staff, that anytime they want to COPY (CC) select company stakeholders on outgoing messages within CRM, they are prompted to add these stakeholders as individual Leads or Opportunities, each and every time.
