Everywhere else in Method we constantly doing time zone conversions - but there's actually no time zone conversion on that field.
What happens is that it syncs a changes-only sync every 20 minutes (by default). The next sync after your scheduled time is when your full sync will kick in.

Paul, I'm trying to modify journal entry lines via a loop. It loops just fine and updates the record in Method, and they show that they have been modified in the Method audit history, but nothing gets pushed to QuickBooks and i'm not getting any conflicts or other error messages in Method or on the Desktop.

When we approve Non-Posted Time Tracking (changing Wait For Sync Approval to No), all entries that include break time suddently ignore it. So if person worked 8am - 5 pmwith 60 min break, before updating the Waiting for the Sync Approval they worked 8 hours but after they work 9 hours. 1. It seems that order of RecordID and TxtLineID are not always the same. In my case, RecordID is in the order I inserted those BillLineItem, however, TxtLineID is not, it is quite random. Is it the correct behavior?

One option you have is to edit your template, i.e. Invoice (Product) template, and use a script to display the characters in uppercase. This will only help when printing or emailing invoices; so when viewing the data in Method you will still see it as it is received from QuickBooks.
