• Re: Address synchronization issues

Hi Charles, Sorry for the late reply. This issue you are referring to is related to QuickBooks Online I believe. They changed they way they handle the addresses to free form, which in turn affects they way we receive them, and how we set them up. We are still working on this. You issue however I don't think falls into this. ...

  • Re: Refresh grid after popup closes

Adam, I thought that might be the case originally, but it couldn't be... I realize the QB needs to do some math on the qty invoiced and other similar fields, but the filter in question is a custom field that is being updated with a TABLE UPDATE statement prior to closing the popup. If I hit the refresh button on the grid itself IMMEDIATELY ...

  • Re: Can a field data type on a screen be html?

Vicki, There are two ways to achieve the hyperlink you are looking for. The first way: Save the hyperlink code into an action result. I used <a href="*" target="_blank">*</a> . The "*" are place holders for the actual web address. Use a character function to replace the * ...

  • Re: Campaign email filtering

Thanks Ben, Let me make sure I got this. Step one: is to add all the tags we expect to sort by to an existing record in method. Like all the states, Dealer Type, etc. Doesn't matter who Step two: Export the leads contact table with the fields you showed. • Re: Campaign email filtering

Hi Scott, Have you considering using tags for your U.S. contacts? You mentioned you have been through the Method Help Center articles, you likely came across this article, discussing Tags in detail. You could first create a "US" tag, which would group all your U.S. contacts together. You could then create tags for each ...

  • Re: Accept Payment for Checks Issue

Hi Jon, Sorry for the late reply. I'm going to put in a ticket to see if we can only populate these fields (NameOnCard included) if the Payment Gateways is selected, instead of pre-populating them on the selection of the Customer. I'll update you here, Adam

  • Re: Actions for inserting into a field not working

Looking at the second screen, I would change the Where clause from RecordID = Action Result: refnoresult to RecordID = Value from Screen RecordID. An even better approach would be the action I suggested above, if the recordID is available on screen. If this is being imported through the API, where are these actions posted above taking place? From ...

Hi Thomas, Currently there is no way to upload files from ta web-to-lead form. You could set up a custom portal though that allows your customers to sign in and upload documents. • Inventory batch numbers and expiry dates

Is there a simple, efficient way to keep track of batch numbers and expiry dates for received inventory in Method? We don't use advanced inventory in QuickBooks. I assume this would involve the "Item Receipt" screen? However, when I view the method stock screen I don't see any history of received items? I would have thought ...
