The Estimate.CustomerFullName is a linked field to the Customer table. This was created at some point in the past, I'm not sure who by. And after exporting the table I can now see that that it replicates the Estimate.Customer field.
Could this be the reason why the field doesn't display? Just for future reference.

No need for my previous workaround comment, there has been an update pushed to Method that has fixed this issue. You should be good now to add new Customers with no Sales Rep from Method!
