Andrew, You may need to add additional actions to replace merge fields that pull data from the EstimateLine table. You can find replace merge field options within the Character Function action. Below is an example from the stock Invoice screen.  Jason

Hi - I am trying to figure out how to add attachments to emails and activities.   is this not available in the system?  We are a third party administrator for health benefits claims and need to be able to attach documentation for activities and emails.   Let me know. 

Hi Ronnie, You are able to add more than two contacts to a Customer using the Import Tool in Method.  You can do this by using the "Contacts" table, so if you want to first export this table, you have to make sure you uncheck the "show only common tables" from Step 2, "Pick a table".  You will be ...

Reports seem to be back online now. I noticed on twitter it appears there was a brief reporting outage yesterday AM as well.

Generating a report for both Estimates and Sales Orders I get this error... 404 - File or directory not found. I am trying to display the field Estimate.CustomerFullName on a template. However, the template is displaying it as follows... "Andrew CliffFullName" which is what displays if I use Estimate.Customer The template isn't recognising FullName. I've checked the HTML on the template for spaces and extra characters.
