If you are using the Standard screens and the Method Sync engine is running these values should be updated on their own.
Also verify that you have no conflicts as well under QuickBooks > Resolve Conflicts.

Hopefully today I'll have a moment to call in, this unfortunetly is happening during our busiest time. As for the conflicts, I have been monitoring the 'Resolve Conflicts' list almost daily, and I had cleared all prior conflicts before attempting to perform the last full sync.

Hi Alex,
Please confirm that your date, time and timezone are correct on your sync computer. If any of these are incorrect, sync problems will occur. Also make sure that you are signed into QuickBooks as the admin user on this computer. This will prevent conflicts due to insufficient permissions.

I have created a ticket for our development team, I can't give you an ETA but I'll keep you posted in this thread with any updates I receive from them.
A workaround you can try if you really do have to change it: take a look into setting up a Virtual Machine. Let your QB ...
