I have a custom field in the ItemService table called URL. It's for entering the URL of a link to download a brochure. Is it possible to insert this into an email template, but hide the link and label it 'Download'? I have tried using the standard link button on the template editor and editing the HTML. Thanks.

It is neccessary for us to capture a signature for the sales order. We currently print and have the customer sign and then scan it back into Method. I just thought it would save alot of time entering a signature right into the edit customer page. It would certainly save our sales team some time.

Hello Sharron, Can you expand about on what you mean by rendering HTML, you are talking specificly about Method Web-Forms?  Are you wondering if you can add html code to the text fields? -Ben

Hi Joey, There currently aren't any known issues with Quickbooks 2014.
