I have a custom field in the ItemService table called URL. It's for entering the URL of a link to download a brochure. Is it possible to insert this into an email template, but hide the link and label it 'Download'? I have tried using the standard link button on the template editor and editing the HTML. Thanks.

It is neccessary for us to capture a signature for the sales order. We currently print and have the customer sign and then scan it back into Method. I just thought it would save alot of time entering a signature right into the edit customer page. It would certainly save our sales team some time.

Hi Andy, If you were to take a look at the DocumentLibraryLink table, there are some dropdowns field for Estimate, Invoice and such.  You could add a dropdown for Purchase Orders and engineer the button the same as the Estimate and Invoice screens. Hope this helps, - Adam
