 Hey, The List Builder screen currently allows you to send email, since you are working with that screen, you should copy it instead of Activity screen. Take a look into the "Process All" button. This will get you heading in the right direction.

On the New Activity Screen it can be difficult to read an email body. Try clicking on the html editor full screen icon. This will enable you to see the entire email body.

Adam, Thank you and I will look into this. Where is this page located? I went to my profile and did not see this. I am not the administrator, so would this be something that my boss (the administrator) have access to?
