Hey Aaron,
As you feared, unfortunately you cannot change the source for those Tables. It would cause many issues with the way Method and QuickBooks communicate.

Hi Mark,
So, I don't think I have seen a webinar discussing how to link fields between tables. Can you briefly describe how to do that?

Hello Mike,
I'm not sure the techincalities of the database structure. My thoughts were that the 'view' prefix is for a temporary table holding the fields for the view and the 'acc' prefix denotes the actual tables.

Andy,
Go to Tables/Fields > click on the PurchaseOrder table > then click Finished Editing Fields. Do the same for the Activity table, then edit your screen and it should show the correct Select Field value.
Let me know the outcome.

OK,
I figured out that you can indeed use the API to insert invocies but there are 2 tables involved. How do I link Bill and BillLineItem tables togther when we use API for the invoice insertation? Anything else we should look out for? Thank you very much for your help.

Hi Fran,
You can edit the template used for these reminders by heading over to Customize > Tables / Fields in Method and clicking Edit Table... for the Activity table in the list.

Hey,
My first question would be, does it need to exported in spreadsheet format? Or can we use a Generate Report action to extract that data?
