Hi,
We had an employee leave the company, and no longer wish to pay for his account. If I remove it from 'Active/Paid toward licenses' status - what happens to all the work orders and estimates that are assigned to him?

It would be difficult for us to know exactly why your transactions haven't recently being syncing over without more information. For starters, I would suggest checking your Conflicts, by going to Quickbooks->Resolve Conflicts, and see if these transactions that aren't syncing over show up here. I have provided ...

Click here for a breakdown of the differences between Method CRM and Method CRM Pro. The Report Designer and Quickbooks sync will work fine on Method CRM. You won't be able to do any advanced customization though (ie. creating tables and dropdown lists).
