Hi Andy, I know that Gmail has been very slow lately. There have been reports of it from Google. Here is an article I found about it. Are you using Gmail? If so, can you test with a different email provider? There are no BCC limitations on the basic CRM, it should work the same as Method CRM Pro.  Jason
