  • Deleting a User Account

    Hi, We had an employee leave the company, and no longer wish to pay for his account. &nbsp;If I remove it from &#39;Active/Paid toward licenses&#39; status - what happens to all the work orders and estimates that are assigned to him? Thanks for your help.

    LJR, A credit memo in&nbsp;Method provides&nbsp;the same functions as in Quickbooks. You can use credit memos&nbsp;for refunds and it will adjust your Quickbooks inventory levels&nbsp;accordingly.&nbsp;The stock Credit Memo screen in Method&nbsp;gives you the option to choose the items and quantities credited, which will&nbsp;then be added back ...

    Hi LJR, It would be difficult for us to know exactly why your transactions haven&#39;t recently being syncing over without more information. &nbsp;For starters, I would suggest checking your Conflicts, by going to Quickbooks-&gt;Resolve Conflicts, and see if these transactions that aren&#39;t syncing over&nbsp;show up here. &nbsp;I have provided ...

    LJR, Click here for a breakdown of the differences between Method CRM and Method CRM Pro. The Report Designer and Quickbooks sync will work fine on Method CRM. You won&#39;t be able to do any advanced customization though (ie. creating tables and dropdown lists).&nbsp; Jason

    Hi LJR, Method currently&nbsp;does not have the ability to sync with the Quickbooks Advanced Inventory feature. &nbsp;3rd party applications are not able to access/sync with&nbsp;this information from Quickbooks, this will&nbsp;likely be available in the future. -Ben&nbsp;
