To edit the columns that print out when you print an estimate you will have to edit the estimate template itself. I would recommend watching the Method Report Designer webinars found HERE.

Hi David,
To be able to use a field as a drop down in a table(Key) it will have to be set as a unique field. If you take a look at the Customer table you can see that Fullname is checked as unique that is why you are able to select from it. RecordID will always show in the list since it is always a unique value.

Currently there is no way to make a copy of objects in a screen. You can only make a copy of the whole screen.

Hi David,
To use a linked field you will need a relationship between the tables this is done by adding a drop down field to the table. In your case in this new table you would need to add a drop down that references the customer table.
