Hi Ben,
John, thanks for the comments, my answer below should give you a better idea of why you had to go through this process when you converted your own account.
Unfortunately there is no easy way to convert your Method account if you switch from Quickbooks Desktop (QBD) to Quickbooks Online (QBO). The issue here is because of how ...

Hi,
What you'll need to do is filter the grid to only show documents for that particular customer. Edit the grid and go to Step 3. Add a filter to the default filter to only show documents with the entity record ID of the logged in portal user. It should look similar to below:

Hi Jason,
Thanks for the quick reply. I'm not sure what happened, I literally have changed nothing, but it seems to be working now, thanks!

Stephen,
After you assign a value to a shared result on one screen, you must use a Get Value from Shared Result action to retrieve that value on another screen. With this action you'll be able to assign the shared result to a local action result which you can then use on the second screen. Hope this helps!

I had already looked at the conflicts in Method and none appeared to be related to this. Just older ones that I hadn't yet cleared.

Hi Mike,
Could there have been any conflicts with some of the entities or an issue with the sync? This is definitely strange. If it happens again, please call us so we can take a look right away.

John - Thanks for the great advice.
Scott,
John is dead on with his advice. I'd recommend option 2 so you avoid altering any existing screens that are already in use. You can see this post for instructions on a similar request. The only difference would be to change the action from deleting to updating.
Hope this helps.

We cannot sync with this field with the Intuit Partner Platform (IPP) V2. However, this will become available soon with IPP V3. Keep an eye on our Release Notes!

Hi Karen,
My apologies but it turns out you cannot use an Advanced Script and a Regular Script on a Retrieve Value from Table action at the same time. What I saw before must have been a caching issue that allowed me to view both on the screen, but after more testing today I found that it will not work properly. You must add your ...
