Hi John,
While you can apply the payment terms at the invoice level, the discount as per the terms won't apply until payment. Therefore, the invoice won't show the discount. To add to this, QuickBooks Online (QBO) does not actually have a mechanism in place to apply the discount upon payment. See this article here ...

New user here. I'm getting settled in to the basics of Method, and really like your available resources, but can't find the answer to this one:
Any New Transaction (Invoices or Estimates) that I create do not generate automatic Discounts or Tax as specified by the Terms.
I posted a picture of the test case below... As you can see the ...

Hi S,
The PayPal Beta testing is up and running. When you attempted this, were you signed into the August version from the Method Login Screen? Refer to the screenshot below to see where this option is:

http://www.methodintegration.com/method/kb.aspx?folder=methodcrm&article=PayPal-integration&id=334#main3
... PayPal should show up as an option in the payment gateway as of last Tuesday, but I'm not seeing it there. Was this postponed?
Thanks,

Hi Mike,
Sounds odd! Can you email me the screen you are talking about and make sure the MethodSupport user is activated? I'll sign in and take a look.

Hi Andy and Ben,
I haven't been able to replicate this behaviour. Can you try to enter a lead with a Standard Web-to-Lead form and see if this works properly? You may be missing a field on your custom web forms, possibly the Entity field in the Activity table (see my screenshot below). Let me know what you find.

Vicki,
Is this a custom screen or a stock screen? Could you enable MethodSupport and email me your company account name. I can take a look and see if I get the same behavior on my end. Have you tried a different browser? I don't use Firefox much, so perhaps there was an update that may be causing this. I haven't ...
