Yes, documents are attached to certain activities. Exporting them without those fields results in good data, but I think that it's messing up updating all activities when I retrieve values from that table.

I came up with a idea becasue I am having the same issue. Look in the method forum under digital signature idea.

Hi,
What is the best way to capture muliple locations in the leads area of Method. For example, if I have a chain of stores - two or three stores I have been entering them as separate records but it would be good to be able to link them. For instance when you have multiple contacts for one records it links all the contacts.

It looks like you may have attached a docuement to some records. That's normally where you see the text like your seeing. You can delete the records by creating a simple grid with checkboxes, loop through the grid and delete those records that are checked.
My question though is how those records got a document attached ...
