This is difficult to answer without knowing your setup. Can you first confirm the time zone your computer is set to, this might have something to do with that. Do you have access to another Windows Computer that you can see if you have the same issue in Report Designer?

For those following this issue, Chris was able to resolve it. The issue was that his webform was sending incorrect data to a dropdown field.

We had an issue last week in which a credit card # was updated in the payment field of a customer (NOT A LEAD) and the # did not encrypt. After I copied and pasted the updated card #'s into QB, the numbers and processed, the card number became encrypted in Method.
