If the opportunity stage is considered Closed Lost then the probability (%) will be considered 0.00 and the pipeline is 0.00 regardless of the opportunity amount. Did you add another sales tax code in QuickBooks? If you did that then that code will be brought over to the Tax Code dropdown under the Sales Tax Information area in the Additional Info section within the screen under the Edit (Customer Name) tab link.

Currently, we don't have a way to have assigned techs pull up on the calendar by default but only for the user signed in. I will create an internal ticket for this issue and will update this forum post once I have an update.
