Hi JWarren, Unfortunately there is no way to create a Global Case within Method, a case can only be related to one customer/contact.  You could however try adding a specific "Tag" to each of these customers when they contact you regarding the system being down.  From here you can go to the Campaigns Tab, ...

Charles,  You can modify the IsManuallyClosed field for the entire sales order from Method, but not at the SalesOrderLine level. Unfortunately, this has to be done from Quickbooks. Yes I republished the screens. I went back to the June release and just recreated the 2 screens that no longer worked. I have no clue what happened, but everything is working again. I'll stay clear of July until this project is complete I think as dont want to rock the boat
