And the reason I am asking is that I see on some pages a Title field but it does not appear to be accessible during import.

Maybe I am missing something here. Are you suggesting we put a job title in the honorific or salutation field? Where then do we put the honorific or saluation?

Thanks, Adam... I had to get this done (had a guy sitting on his hands to enter tons of data), so just added two fields to the customer table, and I think that did the trick. Thanks for the feedback...

Yes, but I am talking about Title as in President or Project Manager, etc., not the honoric or salutation.

By default, there is a field called Salutation in the Customer table. The Customer table houses both customers and leads and this field is usually used for titles. There are a bunch of different ways to tackle this. My question for you would be this. Do you need to know the complete purchase history when contacting the Lead or just the last purchase?
If its the complete history, what I would suggest is adding a dropdown field to you your history table to store the Lead. Then the table ...
