I have solved this by adding a new field in that table, and creating a view filter for each option. If you have problems figuring this out I might help you with that.

For anyone who may have a similar issue. This was resovled by checking the Show Inactive users checkbox in the bottom right corner of the Existing Users List. This showed all users and we found that there was an inactive user still had sign-in access.

I was able to replicate this. I'll create a ticket for our dev team to look into it and I'll let you know here when I have an update. In the meantime, if you take off the HTML editor it seems to show/hide properly. Thanks for finding this issue!
