Unfortunately, there isn't any link between the Sales Order table and the Invoice table. If you were to create an invoice from a sales order in QuickBooks, when the records are added to Method, there is no linking value to help you identify which sales order the invoice was created from.

It turns out that this screen is not available for Method for QuickBooks Online (just got off a phone call with tech support). QBO doesn't have sales orders yet. Wish that we could just use sales orders within Method and not have it sync, but doesn't look like that is possible.

Is there a way to get more client data on google calendar from the activity calendar? Or is there another way to sync client data into google calendar events? I see this info on the method activity calendar, but it's not uploading this to the google calendar...

Hi Rob,
Yes, the sync engine will run fine on a Windows 10 machine. We've helped several customers get setup on Windows 10 and QB 16. If you run into any issues let us know.

This might just be a temporary glitch. Our recommendation would be to uninstall the Method sync engine and re-install from the following link: https://www.methodintegration.com/MethodIntegrationEngineV2/setup.exe
Please let me know if that solves it.

Hi Tom,
This doesn't happen. When they sync over, they are only added as employees, and nothing else. You have the option to add them as users on the Customize > Users screen, but we do not add them automatically.

Sounds like your sync history is set to the default setting of 31 days. Check out the post below to change your settings.

He's setup with a standard Method Pro for QBD account, the last full sync and changes-only sync were performed ...

Laura this is already being done. The appointments that appear in Outlook from Method are based on the username that is entered in the plug-in.
