Maybe I am missing something here. Are you suggesting we put a job title in the honorific or salutation field? Where then do we put the honorific or saluation?

Thanks, Adam... I had to get this done (had a guy sitting on his hands to enter tons of data), so just added two fields to the customer table, and I think that did the trick. Thanks for the feedback...

Yes, but I am talking about Title as in President or Project Manager, etc., not the honoric or salutation.

By default, there is a field called Salutation in the Customer table. The Customer table houses both customers and leads and this field is usually used for titles.
