I have solved this by adding a new field in that table, and creating a view filter for each option. If you have problems figuring this out I might help you with that.

For anyone who may have a similar issue. This was resovled by checking the Show Inactive users checkbox in the bottom right corner of the Existing Users List. This showed all users and we found that there was an inactive user still had sign-in access.

Great! Glad to hear. If you experience unexpected errors like these in the future, the first thing you should try is regenerating any related tables. Also, remember to always click Finished Editing Fields after you are finished working in a table.

The problem is gone. I didn't follow your procedures necessarily, but inadvertantly did just that when I was confirming the fields were in place while writing the submission.
