Hi Fran, Yes, they are directly generated from sales orders. Like I said, we'll eventually transition fully to Method, but for the time being, this just looks like a data hole that should be filled for future users. Could be a valuable bit of information to have in my opinion. Best, Charles

Nope, doesnt work whether I am logged in to portal or another use, but does work when I am testing it inside of method.

Ben, Just a thought... Could there be permissions issue with your screens. Are portal users allowed to see them vs you when you are logged in? Fran
