Hi Blake, No you're not missing anything.  Roles used to be controlled by tablinks, which is why you see tablinks in the table.  I'll put in a suggestion to see if we can change this or add a table so you can pull a user's role through actions. - Adam

John - Thanks for the help!  Chris - The To Be Printed and To Be Emailed checkboxes sync up with the same boxes in Quickbooks. Just got an update regarding this scenario; it's actually a limitation. What I mean by that is when you submit a new web-to-lead form, the information is sent over to your Method account and saved. The reason Activities/Opportunities/Cases aren't associated with the Contact is because that record doesn't exist yet in your Method ...
