• Re: SpecialType field editing

I have solved this by adding a new field in that table, and creating a view filter for each option. If you have problems figuring this out I might help you with that.

  • Re: SpecialType field editing

I have a similar need. I have contacts listed as types/categories/status, whatever you want to call them in MethodCRM. In my partivcular case, all contacts must have a status like full member, associate member, former member, and so on. No contact should ever be without a status/category/type/whatever we call it. Would you provide ...

  • Re: cant reduce the number of paid users

For anyone who may have a similar issue. This was resovled by checking the Show Inactive users checkbox in the bottom right corner of the Existing Users List. This showed all users and we found that there was an inactive user still had sign-in access. - Adam

  • Re: Editing Activities

Hi Kelsey, I was able to do what you are requesting by first making a copy of the stock “CRM_AddActivity” Screen. I edited the screen, and added a new section, let’s call it “Additional Options for Edit Activity”, I added a couple of Fields/Objects to this section, and made sure to click the “Hide” ...

Hi Nick, I was able to replicate this. I'll create a ticket for our dev team to look into it and I'll let you know here when I have an update. In the meantime, if you take off the HTML editor it seems to show/hide properly. Thanks for finding this issue! Jason

  • Re: New Fields Not Found

Great! Glad to hear. If you experience unexpected errors like these in the future, the first thing you should try is regenerating any related tables. Also, remember to always click Finished Editing Fields after you are finished working in a table. Jason

  • Re: New Fields Not Found

The problem is gone. I didn't follow your procedures necessarily, but inadvertantly did just that when I was confirming the fields were in place while writing the submission.

  • Re: New Fields Not Found

NOVA Sales, You may just need to regenerate the table. To do so, go to Customize>Tables/Fields and click Edit Fields... on the NOVAEvents table. Click Finished Editing Fields. Does this solve the issue? If not, please email me the name of the screen that you are working on and I will take a look. Jason
