Method Community

Hi  any suggestions, on getting quickbooks to install.  I keep getting several error messages. Thanks Jane B.

It seems the attachments on emails are not brought into Method when the email is added to Method, is there something I am doing wrong, is there a way to bring those attachments in using the Outlook Plug-in?

Chris,  I see what you mean now. I was able to replicate this only on a screen that is optimized for mobile. I'll put a ticket in with the team to see if we can get this resolved. Thanks for bringing this to our attention!  Jason

If you were to do a linked field, you would not be able to edit it.  I would suggest creating a Title field in your Customer table.  You can then add two actions in the Save button to insert the value of the Title field on screen to the Title field in the Contacts table.  You must make sure these actions are after the save action. ...

Hi David,  I took a look at your report. One thing that might be causing an issue is that you have some fields that go outside of the boundries of the report. Hi Fran, Yes, they are directly generated from sales orders. Like I said, we'll eventually transition fully to Method, but for the time being, this just looks like a data hole that should be filled for future users. Could be a valuable bit of information to have in my opinion. Best, Charles

Charles, This may be an obvious question, but are the Invoices in QB generateed directly from the Sales Orders?  If not, then the Link to SalesOrder field would not be filled in.  While I work with SO's alot, I just have not really checked to see that the Link to SO field appears in QB table.   But it works great in ...
