Hey Ben B,
From this image I can't tell whether or not the appropriate fields are included in your web-to-lead form. I'm assuming this is a custom web-to-lead form correct? Can you please enable the MethodSupport user then email me your Company Account name (not username). To enable MethodSupport go to Customize > Users > scroll ...

Hey Andy,
When a copy and paste takes place some amount of formatting will be carried over, and Method will try to translate that into HTML.
The best practice is to click on on the button to do a Plain Text paste. Alternatively, on a Mac you can paste and match formatting by using the keyboard shortcut ...

Thanks for the suggestion Matt!
Julie,
Is this a good solution for your organization? If not, please elaborate on your current process.
Are you utilizing the Field Service Operations or Scheduling & Invoicing app by any chance?

Hi Robyn,
In order to rebuild the Convert to Customer button, you'll need to edit it and look at the actions that are triggered when that button is clicked. This might be a large project as there are many screens you might need ...

That will work for just changing it in the MEthod Estimates tab. But once you try to print to a PDF template it is going to sort according to the Line Order number. So is there a way that you can make the Line Order number save when you change it in the grid in the Estimate Tab. Be Default you can change the value but you can't save those ...

Ben,
Yes, that seems very odd. So the top buttons don't work when in the portal, but the bottom buttons always work? I still can't replicate this, so could you enable Method Support on your account and email me the company acount and the screens?

Ben,
The tags were disappearing? That's definitely strange. I tested with a tag and about 120 contacts. All of them changed. I'll test it further and see if I can replicate any of this.
